Founder REJ discovered an unexpected love for crafting beautiful beverages while overcoming homelessness, realizing the power of a great cup of coffee to brighten someone's day and bring people together.

Years of dedication led to a profound expertise in the coffee industry. REJ honed his craft with renowned roasters including Stumptown, Counter Culture, and Verve. His skills were further elevated through training with latte art world champion Nicely, shaping a path toward mastery that few achieve. This foundation inspired the creation of REJIES, a company built on excellence and community.

The pandemic, however, presented unprecedented challenges, forcing a reevaluation of how REJIES could continue its mission. A shift from a fixed space to a dynamic concept emerged—a mobile coffee haven that brought the essence of a cafe wherever people gathered. This pivot not only allowed the business to thrive but also deepened its connection to the community.
